I’d love to hear a bit about your story and the vision you have for the cover. You can share it with me through the booking form or by email. I will then reach out within 1 - 3 days to answer any questions.
To reserve your slot, a non-refundable booking fee ($30) is required, and will be deducted to the overall cost of the cover. You will also complete a detailed design form, and then receive your order summary.
Once that’s settled, I’ll send over the exact scheduled date for our project.
PROCESS
Design Previews
Three days before our start date, you will receive an invoice for the downpayment. Using your design form and our consultation, I’ll begin crafting a cover that feels just right for you.
I'll keep you in the loop with previews as I work, and I’d love your feedback on the details. While the final cover is guaranteed within two weeks, you’ll likely have it in hand much sooner, often in just a couple of days :)
Finishing Touches
In the final phase, we’ll fine-tune every detail to make sure your cover feels just right. You have unlimited rounds of revisions, so don’t hold back as your feedback is always welcome.
Once the ebook cover is complete, I’ll then move on to the paperback version and any add-ons you’ve requested. When everything is ready, I’ll send over the final invoice. Once settled, your high-resolution files will be delivered straight to your inbox. ♡

I messaged you, when can I expect a reply?
I will be in touch within 1–3 days. If you don’t receive a response by then, your message may not have reached me—please feel free to resend. For the most reliable communication, email is preferred.
How much would it cost if, in addition to my KDP paperback cover, I also need a separate paperback cover for another publishing platform?
There is an additional fee of $25 for new paperback format templates, due to how they have different formatting specifications that requires a separate cover file setup,
What is your payment method?
I use Paypal all the time. Currency is in USD.
Would it be possible to request a paperback cover for a test print proof?
Yes, I can provide watermarked paperback designs for test printing prior to finalizing the files.
Can I cancel the project at any time and is there a cancellation fee?
You may cancel the project at any time. But please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.
Early Stage: If initial sketches have already been sent and the project is canceled, then the kill fee will be 50% of the deposit payment.
Mid to Late Stage: If the project is already in the lineart, coloring, or finalization stage, then the deposit payment will serve as the kill fee.
What does the paperback design include?
The paperback includes the entire cover design: the ebook cover, front cover, spine, and back cover design.
Can the paperback be requested at a later date?
Yes, you can request for its paperback (and other add-ons) at a later date, whenever you're ready.
Another option is: You may also avail the paperback now and I'll be using a template just for us to see how its paperback may look like. Its measurements can be adjusted later on once the page count is finalized.
Can I request for a paperback spine/page-count adjustment later on? Or would that be an extra fee?
No adjustment fees, as long as I haven't yet sent the finalized paperback file (PDF and PNG paperback).
During the process, I'll only be sending watermarked previews so you can check how the paperback looks.
Revision fees would only apply once the finalized paperback files have already been sent in a zip file to your email, and further changes are then requested. Revision fee starts at $50 (depending on complexity.)
Would you be comfortable keeping the cover private until my official cover reveal date?
Yes, no worries. I'll wait for you to release the cover officially before I post it on my Instagram or portfolio.
What is your turn around time?
2 - 28 days, depending on style, complexity, and add-ons requested
Where do you get your resources for object or model-based covers?
All the stocks and resources are legally bought from Envato Elements, Depositphotos, Creative Market, and the FantasyBackgroundStore. Background checks are also done to ensure that each resource/element is not AI-generated. Likewise, other stocks and elements are personally illustrated and made from scratch. They are then manipulated to suit your needs.
Can you guarantee that all artwork and design work is created without the use of generative AI?
I guarantee that my creative process, and all of my work are created entirely without the use of generative AI. I do not and will NOT use AI content in any form or at any part of my work.
