I’d love to hear a bit about your story and the vision you have for the cover—you can share it with me through the booking form or by email. I will then reach out within 1 - 3 days to answer any questions.

To reserve your slot, you'll complete a detailed design form and secure a $30 booking fee (non-refundable and will be deducted to the overall cost of the cover).

Once that’s settled, I’ll send over the scheduled month for our project.

PROCESS

Design Previews

Three days before our start date, you will receive an invoice for the downpayment. Using your design form and our consultation, I’ll begin crafting a cover that feels just right for you.

I'll keep you in the loop with previews as I work, and I’d love your feedback on the details. While the final cover is guaranteed within two weeks, you’ll likely have it in hand much sooner—often in just a couple of days!

Finishing Touches

In the final phase, we’ll fine-tune every detail to make sure your cover feels just right. You have up to 5 free rounds of revisions, so don’t hold back—your feedback is always welcome.

Once the ebook cover is complete, I’ll then move on to the paperback version and any add-ons you’ve requested. When everything is ready, I’ll send over the final invoice. Once that’s settled, your high-resolution files will be delivered straight to your inbox. ♡

I messaged you, when can I expect a reply?

I will be in touch within 1–3 days. If you don’t receive a response by then, your message may not have reached me—please feel free to resend. For the most reliable communication, email is preferred.

Where do you get your resources for object or model-based covers?

All the stocks and resources are legally bought from Depositphotos, Creative Market, and the FantasyBackgroundStore. Likewise, other stocks are personally illustrated and made from scratch. They are then manipulated to suit your needs.

I do not use AI in any forms within my work.

What is your payment method?

I use Paypal all the time.

Would it be possible to request a paperback cover for a test print proof?

Yes, I can provide watermarked paperback designs for test printing prior to finalizing the files.

Can I cancel the project at any time and is there a cancellation fee?

You may cancel the project at any time. If cancellation occurs immediately before receiving the first drafts and no payment has been made, then there will be no cancellation fee, but the deposit is non-refundable.

What does the paperback design include?

The paperback includes the entire cover design: the ebook cover, front cover, spine, and back cover design.
